We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and the massive bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, situated between Kuta and Seminyak. The staff treated us wonderfully, making our romantic getaway even more special.

The breakfast could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety and taste.

it was very central and easy walking distance to other area for Legian/Kuta and Seminyak

a bit noisy as it is quite open plan and the walls seem quite thin and if feels like people are in your room when they are chatting outside your door.

Excellent pool and location is great. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of variety and very tasty.

The bathrooms were not very nice. Showing a lot of wear for a newish hotel. Staff were unable to help me make some phone calls when I urgently needed to contact the bank. Spa services were very expensive compared to surrounding businesses and levels of service.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with great location , and excellent breakfast options. Good value for money with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Recommended for a pleasant stay.

Very peaceful, modern but with a feel of Bali still. Pool is great never overcrowded and staff were very helpful.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and could not do enough for you. I was on the second floor and had a garden view which was awesome as it was quiet and we had a beautiful, private and relaxing outlook from the balcony. The location is relatively quiet and yet close to almost everything by foot or taxi.

I saw the reviews about the towels and unfortunately we also got two towels thru the week which had marks of some kind on them. They should be checked before hand?

I recently had a fantastic stay at a resort in Legian, Bali. The location was perfect, with easy access to smiley barter shopping and happy hour restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and made an effort to communicate with us in Balinese or Indonesian. The resort had a relaxing atmosphere and the massage services were top-notch. The breakfast and lunch by the pool were enjoyable, although the variety was slightly limited. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would highly recommend this resort for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I liked the design of the room, the breakfast, the pool, and the fitness center.

I did not like the amount of noise that I heard from within the room. I also did not like the delay during my checkout.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, right on the beach with stunning ocean views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The service was exceptional, with room service available 24 hours a day. The hotel also provided car hire and airport shuttle services, making it incredibly convenient for our travels. The spacious and well-maintained rooms had a variety of amenities, including a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. We were truly impressed with the level of comfort and quality provided by this hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff were so friendly and obliging. The rooms were clean with all the amenities required. The resort was central to restaurants and shopping areas.

Lack of washing flannels in the bathrooms.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum and I was impressed with the meeting rooms at this hotel. They provided customized themes and seating arrangements, making for excellent venues for personal events such as private parties and family get-togethers. The meeting rooms offered a full range of seating plans and multimedia equipment in a professional environment.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center where I could have access to services like printing, scanning, and photocopying.

Location of the hotel was excellent. The room was modern and nicely decorated. Continental breakfast had a wonderful selection of choices. Lastly, the concierge was awesome.

The tub water in our bathroom smelled really bad. It took them 3 days to fix it. Also, the bathroom towels were really old and looked gross. Lastly, the bathroom could use updating.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the location and the layout of the hotel. We had ground floor rooms which I had asked for & the location of these to the pool area was superb.
